The Rational Creative

Wil Arndt is a Creative Director at OXD and ThoughtFarmer. He founded the award-winning agency Mod7 (acquired by OXD), co-founded BTWXT Games, and has spent 20+ years building things across government, tech, entertainment, and retail for clients like Electronic Arts, lululemon, the World Bank, and the Government of BC. His work has been featured in TIME Magazine, showcased at the Venice Biennale, and awarded at SXSW and the Webby Awards, among 200+ others.

He writes about AI pragmatism, creative leadership, and strategy-as-design at The Rational Creative. He also makes music, writes fiction about vampires in space, and is probably the only designer in the world who has been paid to work as a pirate.
